 "Eggs is eggs"

She was standing in the kitchen, preparing our usual breakfast of soft-boiled eggs and toast for breakfast, wearing only the T-shirt she normally slept in.

As he walked in, almost awake, she turned to him and said softly,

"You've got to make love to me this very moment!!"

His eyes lit up, and he thought, "I am either still dreaming or this really is going to be my lucky day!!"

Not wanting to lose the moment, he embraced her and complied right there on the kitchen table . . .!

Afterwards, she said "Thank-you" and returned to the stove, still wearing the T-shirt.

Happy, smiling, but a little puzzled, he asked  "What was that all about?"

She explained,

"The egg timer's broken!!!"

Time for a Tune . . . .

Friday 20th March was the International Day of Happiness - and in that spirit, here are a few jolly songs to keep that good mood going for a bit longer into this week!

Perhaps you're bored of this one, but in a list of 'happy' songs you've got to include it!

Then a bit more old-school with some gospel from the 60s...

The brilliant R.E.M. has to get a look-in!

The Turtles are also a must...

And finally, a dose of cheeriness from one the best sitcoms EVER.
